Binali Yildirim said Thursday that Kars–Tbilisi–Baku Railway Project (BTK) was not only the project of Azerbaijan, Georgia or Turkey; it was also the project of Central Asia Republics, China, the Balkans and Middle East; it was even the project of Europe.
